New features with AN-2007-12-12:

-	The match(1) program has been added to the collection
	of Schily tools.

-	SCCS has been added to to the collection of Schily tools.

-	SCCS commands now all support -V/--version to verify the
	current version.

-	SCCS now installs a "sccs" symlink to /opt/schily/bin

-	star now includes additional checks on whether the archive
	is stdout to prevent the command star -cv f=/dev/stdout > file
	from creating a defective archive.
