  rsvg-convert(1) man page for options like --format=pdf1.4 (Simon Buttgereit).

- #664 - Rename the Rust crate to "rsvg", in preparation for crates.io
  (Sophie Herold).

- The minimum supported Rust version (MSRV) is 1.66.0.
