Hello,

 I added some chapters which classify many of the 300 DocBook elements.

Classes are:
 - Function synopsis
 - Command synopsis
 - keyboard and mouse
 - GUIs
 - Marking words & short phrases
 - special paragraphs

I detail and explain some hard parts, like synopsis.

I need to work on classes:
 - lists and tables
 - index
 - Q & A

As usual, comments are welcome !
