This is the development version of MEALData; for the stable release version, see MEALData.

Example data of MEAL package

Bioconductor version: Development (3.8)

The package contains methylation, expression and SNPs data obtained from GSE53261 and TCGA. It is used in MEAL case example to show MEAL functionalities.
