RamiGO
This package is for version 3.6 of Bioconductor. This package has been removed from Bioconductor. For the last stable, up-to-date release version, see RamiGO.
AmiGO visualize R interface
Bioconductor version: 3.6
R interface sending requests to AmiGO visualize, retrieving DAG GO trees, parsing GraphViz DOT format files and exporting GML files for Cytoscape. Also uses RCytoscape to interactively display AmiGO trees in Cytoscape.

Installation
To install this package, start R (version "3.4") and enter:
if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
install.packages("BiocManager")
BiocManager::install("RamiGO")
For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
