pvac
This is the development version of pvac; for the stable release version, see pvac.
PCA-based gene filtering for Affymetrix arrays
Bioconductor version: Development (3.22)
The package contains the function for filtering genes by the proportion of variation accounted for by the first principal component (PVAC).

Installation
To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:
