This package is for version 2.8 of Bioconductor; for the stable, up-to-date release version, see illuminaHumanv2.db.
Bioconductor version: 2.8
Illumina HumanWG6v2 annotation data (chip illuminaHumanv2) assembled using data from public repositories. The package consists of standard Bioconductor mappings based on RefSeqID, and custom mappings based on probe sequence. Illumina IDs are used as keys and conversions to and from nuID and ArrayAddress are possible. This package can be used to annotate both WG6-v2 and Ref8-v2 arrays.
