Illumina RatRSv1 annotation data (chip illuminaRatv1)

Illumina RatV1 annotation data assembled using data from public repositories. Accession IDs taken from Barbosa-Morais NL et al (in prep) http://www.compbio.group.cam.ac.uk/Resources/Annotation/ where only perfect matches with 100% similarity were include and searches were made only against RefSeq accession IDs.
