This package is for version 3.7 of Bioconductor; for the stable, up-to-date release version, see makecdfenv.
CDF Environment Maker
Bioconductor version: 3.7
This package has two functions. One reads a Affymetrix chip description file (CDF) and creates a hash table environment containing the location/probe set membership mapping. The other creates a package that automatically loads that environment.

Installation
To install this package, start R (version "3.5") and enter:
if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
install.packages("BiocManager")
BiocManager::install("makecdfenv")
