Generalized
Order-Restricted Information Criterion (GORIC) is designed for model
selection under monotonicity of profiles. IsoGeneGUI is using
implementation from package goric and is fitting all possible
monotone profiles (with zero effects among doses allowed). Due to
high computational time, it is allowed to test only one gene at
once.
