This is the development version of plyinteractions; for the stable release version, see plyinteractions.
Extending tidy verbs to genomic interactions
Bioconductor version: Development (3.22)
Operate on `GInteractions` objects as tabular data using `dplyr`-like verbs. The functions and methods in `plyinteractions` provide a grammatical approach to manipulate `GInteractions`, to facilitate their integration in genomic analysis workflows.

Installation
To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:
if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install(version='devel')
BiocManager::install("plyinteractions")
For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
