A tool to identify potentially oncogenic genes

OncoScore is a tool to measure the association of genes to cancer based on citation frequencies in biomedical literature. The score is evaluated from PubMed literature by dynamically updatable web queries.

Installation
To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:
if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
install.packages("BiocManager")
# The following initializes usage of Bioc devel
BiocManager::install(version='devel')
BiocManager::install("OncoScore")
For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
