DFplyr
This is the development version of DFplyr; for the stable release version, see DFplyr.
A `DataFrame` (`S4Vectors`) backend for `dplyr`
Bioconductor version: Development (3.22)
Provides `dplyr` verbs (`mutate`, `select`, `filter`, etc...) supporting `S4Vectors::DataFrame` objects. Importantly, this is achieved without conversion to an intermediate `tibble`. Adds grouping infrastructure to `DataFrame` which is respected by the transformation verbs.

Installation
To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:
if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
install.packages("BiocManager")
# The following initializes usage of Bioc devel
BiocManager::install(version='devel')
BiocManager::install("DFplyr")
For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
