RefPlus
This package is for version 3.13 of Bioconductor; for the stable, up-to-date release version, see RefPlus.
A function set for the Extrapolation Strategy (RMA+) and Extrapolation Averaging (RMA++) methods.
Bioconductor version: 3.13
The package contains functions for pre-processing Affymetrix data using the RMA+ and the RMA++ methods.

Installation
To install this package, start R (version "4.1") and enter:
if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
install.packages("BiocManager")
BiocManager::install("RefPlus")
