This should have been the 3.14.2 tag, but due to build breakage it's actually
built off the subsequent commit.

This binary was built with cx_Freeze 4.3.2 on Windows 7, against Python 2.7.6
and bundling DLLs from PyGI 3.14.0 AIO rev19.
