PREREQS

1. RT and the CIF Server need to be on the same box (RT-CIFMinimal needs access to the apikeys libraries and table)

INSTALLATION

$ perl Makefile.PL
$ make
$ sudo make install
$ sudo make initdb
$ sudo vi /opt/rt3/etc/RT_SiteConfig.pm

Set(@Plugins,(qw(RT::FM RT::IR RT::IODEF RT::CIFMinimal)));

$ sudo patch /opt/rt3/lib/RT/Interface/Web.pm etc/web.pm.patch
$ sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart
